How is it that such an incredibly high standard is set for the appointment of a candidate to the U. S. Supreme Court and yet the standard for becoming a Senator is abysmally low, including that for at least two Democrats on the Senate committee?
The irony of this charade is horrific. Cory Booker admitted fondling a female as a teenager and Richard Blumenthal lied about having served in Vietnam... and yet they both accuse Kavanaugh, without evidence, of their own same perverted conduct.
Additionally, is it not correct that all or most of the Democrats on the Senate committee had already decided that they were going to vote against Judge Kavanaugh before any mention whatsoever of Dr. Christine Ford? If so, the introduction of Dr. Ford into the process was a complete sham from the beginning because they were never intending to vote for Kavanaugh... or any other nominee. It is all so incredibly phoney and disgraceful.
